At Work Boots Direct, we stand by the quality of our footwear and offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn boots in their original packaging. We want to ensure you have the right fit and protection for the job site without any hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots back in their original branded box and secure them inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
