What is your return policy for boots that don't fit?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn boots in their original packaging. Please ensure you try your boots on indoors on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the outsoles before deciding to keep them.
Are your boots covered by a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all boots sold through Work Boots Direct come with a standard 6-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or improper care.
How long does shipping take within the country?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your safety gear on the job site sooner.
Do you offer bulk discounts for corporate or contractor orders?

To extend the life of your boots, we recommend cleaning off mud and debris after each shift and applying a high-quality leather conditioner or mink oil once a month to prevent cracking and maintain water resistance.
